Natural Born Curls takes pride in selling custom made items at affordable prices. Here's how we break down our shipping.

Shipping Cost

Standard Shipping- $3.99

ORDERS OVER $95- FREE

PERIOD.

Processing Time

Accessories ( Hats, Hair Pins)

We take 1-4 business days to create, package and send out your order. Your order will then be shipped via USPS Priority Mail/ USPS First Class Mail and take 1-3 business days to arrive.

Apparel

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.).  For a better understanding, 97.66% of our orders are shipped out within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped out in 3 business days or less.

Shipping Times +  Cost
We accept USA orders. You can choose the shipping speed you would like during checkout. Shipping speeds and costs are calculated during checkout. 

Standard Shipping:  AFTER FULFILLMENT items are usually shipped between 3-5 business days in the US and internationally, 3-6 days in Canada .

Taxes

U.S. sales tax rates for clothing vary from state to state, county to county, and city by city. Natural Born Curls does not charge anything over your local city and state tax rates. This is calculated during checkout.

 


Refunds

We do not offer refunds as each order is custom made and packaged for every single customer after they place the order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you received a broken, wrong or defective item we will remedy the issues on our part. Please see “Defective/Wrong Item” below.


Returns

All products on this site are made to order so as a result we do not accept any returns. We also do not accept any exchanges including cases where the customer has ordered the wrong size.  All sales are final so please check to make sure you are ordering the correct size product. Please check the sizing chart on each of the product pages. If you have any additional concerns regarding sizing please don’t hesitate to contact us at contact@naturalborncurls.com with any further questions before ordering.

Defective/Wrong Item

If you received a defective or wrong item, we'll gladly replace it. Wrong items will be exchanged for the correct product. Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted with visual evidence within 2 weeks after the product has been received.  We will review replacement requests for items that have a print error or are damaged upon arrival due to an error on our part.

International shipping (Customs Fees):

International shipments may incur customs fees. Customs policies are different for each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. If there are any customs fees they are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for customs fees.

Delivery Concerns

If you have an issue regarding the delivery of your order please first contact your local Post Office for these rare instances/situations. Our policies below explain how we deal with any delivery issues if they arrive. Feel free to contact us at contact@naturalborncurls.com with delivery concerns.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is wrong or considered insufficient by the shipping carrier, please contact the shipping carrier and they will be able to further assist you. In some cases the package may be marked "return to sender" and be returned to our facility. If it is returned to us, you will be notified and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. We do not offer refunds for orders that have been made with the wrong address.

Package Lost/ Not Delivered

If you have a problem with your shipment, such as not receiving a package that has been marked as delivered on the tracking info provided, please contact the shipping carrier and they will be able to further assist you. We are not responsible for the delivery of packages after we ship them from our site. Any "Unreceived package" claims must be made within 20 days of the date that you were notified that it was delivered. Any claims after the 20 day period will not be accepted.  Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
